Clear limits, before you start
Direct Instagram and Facebook imports
Confirmal does not currently import orders or messages directly from Instagram or Facebook. Use Quick Entry for those orders.
Online customer payments
Confirmal does not currently collect online card payments from customers. It supports COD operations and settlement tracking.
