1. Introduction & Scope

Confirmal ("we", "the platform") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users (merchants, social commerce sellers, drivers) and the customer data entered to fulfill orders and deliveries.

2. Data Processed

• Merchant Account Data: Name, email, store/brand name, phone number, and language preferences.
• Customer Order Data: End customer name, phone number, delivery address, ordered items, sizes, colors, and COD collection amount.
• Entered Order Information: Order information entered or pasted by merchants to organize an order before saving.
• Product Catalog Images: Product images uploaded by merchants for catalog and inventory management.

3. Order Information Processing

Order information entered or pasted by a merchant is used to prepare a structured draft that the merchant reviews before saving. Customer data is not used to train public models and is not sold to third parties.

4. Storage, Security & Cloud Providers

Account and store data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Google Cloud). In Demo Mode, data remains isolated in your browser and is not sent to production servers.

5. Retention & Deletion Rights

Merchants retain full control over their data and can edit or delete any order, customer, or product at any time from their dashboard.
