1. Service Scope & Description
Confirmal is a workflow and order management application designed for social commerce merchants to record orders, confirm them, dispatch deliveries, and track Cash-on-Delivery collections.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
The merchant is solely responsible for the accuracy of order information, product pricing, and obtaining end customer consent for delivery.
3. Demo Mode Environment
Demo Mode is provided for evaluation purposes without account creation. Data entered in this mode is ephemeral, stored locally, and isolated from production databases.
4. Limitation of Liability
Confirmal is not a party to direct financial transactions between sellers and customers or logistics couriers. The platform provides software tracking and coordination tools.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and interfaces of Confirmal are protected intellectual property. Merchants retain full ownership of their store data and brand.
