Confirmal provides subscription-based software services for merchants and teams managing social-commerce operations.
Pro free trial
Pro includes a 30-day free trial where available. A payment method is required, but the subscription should not be charged until the trial ends. Users may cancel before the end of the trial to avoid the subscription charge.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where a billing error, duplicate payment, or other exceptional circumstance justifies a refund.
Billing support
Users who believe they were charged incorrectly should contact Confirmal support with their account email and relevant billing information.
contact@confirmal.comApproved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or payment provider. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not normally create a refund for an already-paid billing period.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
