Confirmal implements encrypted account connection, read-only city lookups, and lookup of an existing parcel by its ONESSTA code. Live credentials are not yet verified; parcel booking, tracking history, and status webhooks remain unavailable while COD semantics and a safe test path are confirmed.

02 / Configuration

What you need to get started

  1. 01

    Request the Bearer API token, API-Key, and Client-ID from your Onessta account or support.

  2. 02

    Connect all three credentials in Confirmal delivery settings to verify access and load cities.

  3. 03

    Optionally enter a parcel code that already exists in your Onessta account to check its current status without creating or changing a parcel.
